INSTRUCTIONS...

  • This portal is for Super Conference registration for individuals or up to four people from the same category. If you have a mix of members, non-members and speakers (more than five combined, please contact groupreg@accessola.com). OLA will establish a dedicated, self-managed portal to allow for multiple registrations.
  • Please click the button at right that applies to you or the person you are registering. If unsure which category applies, click here for definitions.
  • Once you click the correct button, please complete the registration form. When you click the submit button you will be given the choice to enter another person or proceed to the check-out page. At the end of this session, you will receive an email that will confirm your registration and additional people, if any, you registered during this session.
  • We suggest that you have a printer connected to print your confirmation.
  • The OLA accepts VISA, Mastercard and cheque payments. If you are paying by credit card, please have that card ready before proceeding.
  • For reference, please have a copy of the Super Conference Program on hand. Full program on website www.accessola.com/superconference. Print programs in mail as of October 26, 2011.
